Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg frozen hash browns
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
500 ml sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
parmesan cheese
2 tbsp melted butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients except parmesan cheese and melted butter. Place in a casserole dish. Top with parmesan & melted butter. Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
